Big thanks to everyone who joined our latest economic development workshop, Know Your Numbers: Build a Stronger Business.

We broke down the most important financial statements — balance sheets, profit & loss, and cash flow statements — to help our White Center small business owners strengthen their business foundations and learn how to be capital financing prepared.

We’re grateful to have been joined by Enrolled Agent Lily Tran from TaxUsign, who provided clear guidance on understanding financial statements, and by BECU’s  Business Services Specialist Annie Colemean along with the white center BECU Branch Manager Andrew Blanco who shared valuable tips on preparing for small business loans.
