Our First Tenant Mixer at White Center HUB

What a fantastic day it was for our first-ever tenant mixer at White Center HUB! As a fun surprise, we opened our garage doors for the very first time, blending our outdoor amphitheater seating with our grand stairs and creating a vibrant, welcoming space for our tenants and eventually, our community.

What a fantastic day it was for our first-ever tenant mixer at White Center HUB! As a fun surprise, we opened our garage doors for the very first time, blending our outdoor amphitheater seating with our grand stairs and creating a vibrant, welcoming space for our community.

One of the highlights was our bingo board, which got our small but wonderful group of service professionals mingling and learning about each other in a playful way. With the rental of the grand staircase, you now have the option to open the garage doors (weather dependent), offering flexibility for events like poetry slams, small appreciation ceremonies, or even double-sided seating for stage-involved gatherings.

As guests stepped into the HUB lobby, the garage doors and floor-to-ceiling windows immersed them in the scenic beauty of Dick Thurnau Park, making the space feel open, airy, and connected to the outdoors.
