IDHA’S homeownership program provides immigrant and refugee communities with support throughout the process of them buying a home. They provide multilingual services such as: homebuyer education classes, individual homebuyer counseling, financial education classes, individual credit and budget counseling, credit repair assistant, down payment assistance programs, access to reputable lenders and real estate agents, and New Americans Homeownership Fair.
